Electric Cars in Cyprus

Why EV buyers import

Electric and hybrid models and trims are not always available in Cyprus in the colour, range or specification a buyer wants. The UK, Japan and continental Europe each have deeper EV markets, including models and configurations that haven't reached Cyprus's own used-car supply in volume.

Checking battery and charging condition

Battery state-of-health evidence is useful when it's available, but its format and reliability vary by source, so we treat it as one input alongside the car's overall history. We also check charging compatibility, cable inclusion, warranty status, thermal management and any model-specific battery history we can access before recommending a car.

No remote check removes every risk from a used EV. Our aim is to gather enough reliable evidence, flag anything uncertain clearly, and price any visible issue rather than guessing.

Sourcing across right-hand and left-hand drive markets

Many EVs suit Cyprus well whether they come from the UK or Japan as right-hand drive, or from continental Europe as left-hand drive. We make the steering position clear in every recommendation and can compare options from more than one market when it helps find the right specification.

Registration and ongoing support

Once a car is purchased, we manage transport, shipping, customs clearance, duty and VAT, the Cyprus MOT and registration, and plates, all covered by a single written quotation. You'll get a private MC tracking code to follow progress, and viewings of cars already in Cyprus can be arranged by appointment in Limassol.
